Application Process

The Entrepreneur Visa process involves the following key steps:

Expression of Interest (EOI): Submit an EOI outlining your business proposal and claiming points.
Entrepreneur Work Visa: If invited to apply, submit your visa application with supporting documents and establish your business within 12 months of approval.
Operate Your Business: Run your business for at least 2 years, or 6 months (with NZ$500,000+ investment and 3 new jobs) for fast-track residence.
