Accredited Sponsorship

Header

‘Accredited Sponsorship’ ensures that sponsors with lower risk are given priority and streamlined processing for their overseas workers on the TSS (Subclass 482) visa.

Sponsors who meet the accredited status criteria will have their TSS (Subclass 482) nomination and visa applications processed with priority, typically taking less than five days.

For certain low-risk nominations submitted by accredited sponsors, streamlined processing is implemented. These nominations can be approved based on certification provided on the nomination form, along with additional upfront documentation and information collected during the sponsorship accreditation approval process.

Benefits of Accredited Sponsorship:

Priority Processing

‘Accredited Sponsors’ receive priority treatment for the processing of TSS nomination and visa applications, leading to faster outcomes.

Labour Market Testing

‘Accredited Sponsors’ enjoy more flexibility in meeting labour market testing requirements. They can use advertisements placed on their own website instead of relying solely on national recruitment websites.

Accredited Sponsorship
Police Clearance Exemptions

Applicants sponsored by an ‘Accredited Sponsor’ for TSS (Subclass 482) visas are exempted from providing overseas police clearances for every country of residence. The sponsor’s attestation of their good character is sufficient, resulting in significant time savings.
