Parent Visas
Australia offers Parent visas, both temporary and permanent, that enable parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents, and eligible New Zealand citizens to acquire visas in Australia. The program includes a range of visa options tailored to the parents’ age, desired residency type (temporary or permanent), and financial capabilities.
Your circumstances will determine which of the below visas could be the most beneficial for your stay in Australia:
- Aged Parent (Residence) visa (subclass 804).
- Contributory Aged Parent (Temporary) Visa (subclass 884) / Contributory Aged Parent Visa (subclass 864).
- Contributory Parent (Temporary) Visa (subclass 173) / Contributory Parent (Migrant) Visa (subclass 143).
- Sponsored Parent (Temporary) Visa (subclass 870).
