Our consultation goes beyond providing cost estimates; it offers personalized advice on your visa eligibility, explores alternative visa options, and assesses your chances of success based on your specific situation. Every migration pathway is unique, so receiving tailored advice enables you to make informed decisions about your future.
The scope of services is limited to a SINGLE consultation only, unless we are instructed by you to provide further services and we accept those instructions in writing and with a completed and duly signed ‘Service Agreement for Migration Services’ under the Code of Conduct. As ‘Registered Migration Agents’ and ‘Licensed Immigration Advisers’, the code prohibits us from providing immigration assistance to clients (unless this occurs during an initial consultation) without a signed service agreement in force.
The services to be provided under this agreement include the following:
(a) Preliminary advice regarding your potential migration or sponsorship options, based on the information that you have shared and/or provided to us as at the date of consultation.
(b) After the initial consultation, we will send you a brief summary of the consultation, and , if applicable, relevant Fact Sheets regarding any potential migration options that we have identified to assist with your circumstances.
Our consultations are undertaken by one of our Immigration Lawyers/Registered Migration Agents/Licensed Immigration Advisers who take the time to consider your circumstances and advise on the best immigration pathways. Kindly read our Consultation Policy before making an appointment.
Standard consultation bookings are for 30 minutes. If you require additional time, we will cover this in the session and costs discussed further with you.
We require information on your background to provide suitable advice on your situation. Therefore, please arrange to complete the general migration assessment form at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date. This is to ensure that we have adequate time to analyse your situation and provide the suitable advice.
Also, we require you to send us copies of the relevant documents i.e., passport, resume, qualifications, letter/s from DOHA/INZ etc., at least 48 hours prior to the consultation. This will ensure the appointment is more worthwhile and you get accurate and timely advice and guidance on your matter in the allocated time.
By booking a consultation with us, you give us your consent to check your visa status through VEVO.
To secure your appointment, the consultation fee of AUD165.00 (incl. GST) must be paid into our “Client Account” before your appointment. After confirming your consultation fee, we will email you to confirm the appointment details. Deposits can also be made online through credit card payments. If online payment is not possible, we can process a credit card payment over the phone or share our bank details for you to make a direct transfer to us and provide you with a receipt via e-mail. The deposit will be held in our “Client Account” until the consultation session, and an invoice will be sent to post consultation, showing the use of those funds for your consultation.
For urgent advice (within 24 hours), a priority consultation service fee of AUD225.00 (incl. GST) is charged in advance. This fee also applies if your matter is complex, has an imminent deadline, or requires extensive documentation review before the consultation, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If more than 48 hours’ notice received, we can look at rescheduling your appointment to a suitable later date. Rescheduling can be done only once. Multiple rescheduling requests may result in an additional administrative fee of $30.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the appointment are subject to an administrative fee of AUD50.00. We do consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment with no intimation provided to us before the appointment, the consultation fee paid will not be refunded. Should you wish to book another appointment with our team, this will incur paying the consultation fee again. Please make sure, you are present on time for your consultation. If you arrive late to your appointment, you may not receive the full allocated time with your registered migration agents/immigration lawyers due limited availability of appointments.
If the Immigration Lawyers/Registered Migration Agents/Licensed Immigration Advisers are not available on the day of the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge or schedule with the next available consultant on the same day.
